It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for a neighbor!

Hi neigbor! It is yet another gorgeous day here in Mississippi! Yesterday day was a good day with Greg being off. It ended up being busier than I thought it would. We ended up going to look and test drive the van that our landlord, Mr. Vernon, has. Drives really good and he is letting us have it with now money down! He is so nice! Just needs to have the windshield wipers fixed and we are good to go. I'll take pics of it when we get it. Hopefully, that should be in the next day or two. Mr. Brown is going to fix the wipers for us. He goes to church with us and he is super sweet! He is only going to charge us for the parts, no labor. We are truly blessed! We will have the van paid off in a year or less. Yippee! It's going to be so nice to have an extra vehicle, especially when we drive home for Thanksgiving. I won't be stuck in the middle of the truck with my knees hurting! The van is a 2000 Chevy Venture. Other than that, today will be a kind of lazy day. Homeschooling and some laundry and dishes.
